Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not 100% happy, we are here to help.

 

Our 30-Day Policy 

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in its original packaging, with all original tags and labels intact.

  • You must have the original order number or proof of purchase.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that we cannot accept returns for the following items:

  • Final Sale & Clearance Items: Any items marked as 'Final Sale' or 'Clearance' cannot be returned.

  • Gift Cards: Digital and physical gift cards are non-refundable.

  • Perishable Goods: For health and safety reasons, food and beverage items (such as our fresh juices or chocolates) cannot be returned.

  • Hygiene-Sealed Products: For the safety of our customers, items that are hygiene-sealed are not eligible for return once the seal is broken.
     

How to Start a Return

Step 1: Contact Us Please email our customer service team at info@sentia.demoshoper.pl to initiate your return. In your email, please include:

  1. Your full name

  2. Your order number

  3. The item(s) you wish to return

  4. The reason for your return

Step 2: Get Approval Our team will review your request. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your package.

Step 3: Ship Your Item Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging. Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We do our best to pack every order with care, but sometimes mistakes happen. If you received an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at [Your Customer Service Email] within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a photo of the damaged or incorrect item. We will work with you to resolve the problem immediately.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card) within 5-10 business days.

 

Exchanges

The simplest and fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
